I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Lourdes and I must say it was a delightful experience. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Secondly, the location of the hotel was excellent, being conveniently situated near the main boulevard and within easy reach of the sanctuary. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities such as walk-in showers and fresh towels provided daily. Additionally, the breakfast spread was quite impressive, offering a variety of options to suit different preferences and tastes.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, being centrally located and within walking distance to all attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was exceptional. The availability of parking facilities made our stay more convenient.

Close to the Grotto and very friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. The room was well equipped and we had fresh towels daily. The food was good and the vegetarians in our group were well catered for.

Some of the rooms were cramped and the decor was a bit dated. The food was not always piping hot and at times it felt like we were limited in our choices.

The hotel had a great location, super close to the main sights and attractions. The room was equipped with modern amenities, including a great shower and plenty of electrical sockets. there was a lovely view from the balcony that provided a great spot for relaxation.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired as we noticed quite a few bits and pieces left on the carpet from previous guests, and the chamber maids didn't clean the room frequently enough. The early morning knocking from the maid each day interrupted sleeping in and was quite a nuisance.
